This free app was created exclusively for teachers using the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot system. It offers a fast, flexible, simple way for teachers to capture and send evidence to the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot online platform.

Use a wireless or cellular connection to send data directly to the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot platform. Log into the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot platform to individualize and review evidence and share information with families.

Security/Confidentiality
To maintain security and confidentiality, all evidence captured in the app remains within the app until sent to the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot platform. Any photos, videos, or audio files taken within the app will not mix with your personal camera roll. Files captured using the app cannot be sent anywhere other than to the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot platform. Files captured using other apps cannot be transferred into the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot Evidence app.

Who Can Use This App
This app is designed for use with the K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot platform. Users must have a K-3 Formative Assessment Pilot account.
